Situated on Scotland’s east coast, Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland and a world class destination. Enriched with culture and Georgian architecture, it is home to the Scottish Parliament. We will visit the national symbol of Scotland, Edinburgh Castle, which rests on an extinct volcano, as well as the Royal Yacht Britannia, once home to Her Majesty, The Queen, and the Royal Family. A modern-day Jekyll and Hyde, the city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, split between the medieval Old Town and the Georgian magnificence of the New Town.

Many wonders and much splendor await us in the Scottish countryside. Discover Stirling, the former capital of Scotland and home to Stirling Castle, once the residence of Mary, Queen of Scots. And of course, no visit to Scotland would be complete without learning about and tasting the Scotch whisky at Scotland’s oldest working distillery.

Known for Guinness, whiskey, and the some of the greenest countryside in the world, Dublin is the capital of the Republic of Ireland. It was voted Europe’s fourth most popular city and destination behind London, Paris, and Rome, and is one the friendliest cities in the world. It is also one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, with its elegant Georgian Architecture and medieval buildings, including the 13^th-century Dublin Castle, the imposing St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Temple Bar. Not to be left out is Grafton Street, the bustling, largely pedestrian-only shopping area famed for its buskers.

Dublin’s history takes us back to when it was founded as a Viking settlement, known as the Kingdom of Dublin. It became Ireland’s principal city following the Norman invasion. Today, Dublin is still a principal city and is famous for its laid-back charm and cultural heritage. It is the capital of The Craic (pronounced ‘crack’), the art of life. With its famous writers, such as Oscar Wilde, James Joyce, and playwright Samuel Beckett, and, of course, the band U2, The Craic have helped shape Dublin into what it is now: a vibrant capital that moves at an easygoing pace.
