Specific Needs
Personalized Support
At Olivia, we’re dedicated to ensuring that every guest, regardless of disabilities or specific needs, enjoys a remarkable vacation.
Whether you're on one of our large cruises or resort getaways, we have Specific Needs Coordinators on hand to provide thoughtful, personalized assistance for guests requiring support with medical, mobility, or dietary needs. We also proudly offer ASL interpreters at our nightly shows upon request.
For those in a 12-step program, we provide a welcoming space to meet twice daily with fellow guests.
If you need help with daily personal care—such as dressing, eating, mobility, or attending safety drills—it’s essential to travel with a capable companion. While our Specific Needs Coordinators and medical staff are there to assist in many ways, they aren’t available for daily personal care.
We’re here to guide you through a seamless, supportive experience so you can relax and focus on creating lasting memories.

A special note for our guests who use wheelchairs: If you are interested in our smaller international cruises, riverboats, or adventures, please check the Activity Level for the trip or ask an Olivia Travel Consultant whether it’s a match for you.
Some of our trips have daily walking tours on uneven streets, or bus excursions without wheelchair lifts or ships without elevators. It’s important that your needs can be accommodated.
In general, collapsible wheelchairs can typically be accommodated, but please check with us first. If you have a disability and/or specific need, please complete our questionnaire and email it to [email protected].
If you have questions, please email [email protected] or call 800.631.6277 or +1 415.962.5700 and select option 2.
Wheelchair-accessible rooms cannot be booked online, but our Travel Consultants will be happy to assist you!
