Average year-round temperature in the Caribbean is a perfect 82°F (28°C). Bermuda in late April/May averages 75°F (24°C). High noon is a bit warmer and at night it can get breezy, but mostly you’ll be fine in shorts and a t-shirt. The islands are fairly dry, averaging a little over 1 in. (2.5 cm.) of rain per month. Much of this falls from September to early December.

Travel documentation and identification
You will need a passport that is valid for six months past the date of the trip. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please check with both your country’s consulate and the consulates of the countries we will be visiting to make sure that you do not need an entry visa or other additional documentation.

Cancellation policy
Unexpected events can cause you to cancel your vacation. Because we are committed to this charter, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy as outlined in our Olivia Terms & Conditions.

We recommend you purchase the travel protection within 15 days of your initial invoice date to receive the most comprehensive coverage, but it is never too late. Air travel
Where to fly into/out of
You will need to fly into San Juan Luis Muñoz International Airport, Puerto Rico (SJU) and out of any New York area airport (JFK, EWR or LGA). We encourage all guests to arrive a day early into San Juan to avoid the stress of unexpected delays.
Suggested arrival/departure times
All flights should be scheduled to arrive in San Juan Luis Muñoz International Airport, Puerto Rico (SJU) by or before 12 pm on April 27. Departures from New York area airports (JFK, EWR or LGA) on May 5 should be scheduled to depart at 2 pm or later.

Luggage allowances
While there is no luggage limit on the cruise itself, airlines often restrict (or charge) for excess baggage. Because each airline is different, and the regulations change over time, please check with your airline for baggage allowances.
Transfers and meeting up with Olivia
You can take a taxi or ride-sharing service from the San Juan Luis Muñoz International Airport, Puerto Rico (SJU) to the Pan American Pier in Isla Grande for approximately $20. Alternatively, you’ll be able to book an airport transfer with Celebrity. Specific details will be provided 30 days prior to the cruise. Transfers from the Cape Liberty, NJ cruise ship terminal can be booked on board.

Beverage Packages
Premium, Classic and Standard Beverage Packages will be available to purchase. Pay just one price to enjoy a wide variety of beverage choices such as premium coffees, bottled water, wines-by-the-glass, beers, or your favorite cocktails. Your package can be used in the Main Restaurant, specialty restaurants, casual dining restaurants, and all bars and lounges. Pricing and information will be available approximately 30 days prior to the cruise.
Bringing alcohol on board
Bringing hard liquor or beer on board is not permitted. Two bottles of wine per stateroom is permitted. When enjoyed in any public venue (restaurant/bar/lounge), each bottle will be subject to a corkage fee of $25. Bottled water and soda are permitted, generally what you are able to hand carry on board.
Exquisite dining and service
Enjoy an array of flavors and a wide selection of restaurants to suit every mood. The menus are inspired by and sourced from the incredible regions we will visit.
You will be assigned a set dining time for dinner but you have the flexibility to dine at a different table each night within your assigned dining time. Guests in 1st seating will have dinner at 5:30 pm and guests in 2nd seating dinner will have dinner at 8 pm. If you do not have a medical reason to dine early, our recommendation is to select 2nd seating where you can attend your evening show and then enjoy a relaxed dinner. Guests in 1st seating sometimes hurry their dinner to line up for the show because seating in the show lounge is limited.
The Main Restaurant
A sophisticated restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a wide range of globally inspired dishes created by a Michelin-starred chef. The airy Main Restaurant offers exquisite menu selections, which change nightly to give you a variety of classic and contemporary choices. And the service? Legendary.

AquaSpa Café*
Celebrity was one of the first cruise lines to offer a spa restaurant. Renew and refresh with spa-inspired delights to nourish your body and mind. *Available for breakfast and lunch, this restaurant has an A-la-carte cost.
Room service
If you would like to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or a midnight snack in the comfort of your cabin, room service is available 24 hours a day with a nominal service fee.
Special mobility and dietary needs
If you have special medical or dietary needs, please advise us at the time of booking. Complex food allergies and/or needs must be submitted to the cruise line 30 days prior to the cruise. Guests with diabetic, lean/light, low cholesterol, low sodium, vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free, lactose-free can be accommodated. Please contact Olivia Guest Services at if you have not notified us of your dietary needs.

Cabins are equipped with 110/220AC outlets.
Gratuities are included in the cost of the cruise. Gratuities are provided for your cabin steward, dining room steward, bus person, maître d’ and other-behind-the-scenes crew members. Tips to your local guides on excursions are not included, and are recommended.
Each cabin has a phone. There is an additional fee to use this phone; cost is available on board.
Enjoy the new Celebrity iLounge — the first Authorized Apple® Reseller at Sea with state-of-the-art workstations featuring MacBook Pro Laptops and iMac desktops. Guests may also bring their own laptop or mobile device and connect to the ship’s NEW Xcelerate WiFi — new satellite technology that guarantees stable and fast VPN connections, allowing faster web browsing and video streaming. The unlimited weekly package rate is $249 (subject to change).
Cellular phone use is now available on board. The ship’s advanced roaming network allows you to make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, access emails and surf the web while at sea using your own mobile phone and telephone number. The Wireless Maritime Service system is available for use when the ship is in international waters. We strongly recommend that you check with your cell phone provider for rates and availability. You will be billed at rates similar to international roaming, which can be much higher than your standard service. Alternatively, you can connect to the ship’s WiFi to use your cell phone.
Letters and postcards may be mailed from the ship while in ports of call.
Laundry services
Laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning services are available on board. Check on board for pricing. There is no self-service launderette on the ship.
Medical services
There is an onboard infirmary. Medical services entail an additional fee.
Spa services
Indulge at the Canyon Ranch SpaClub where there are a variety of beauty and body treatments. Pricing will be available on board.
Money: Paying for things on board
On board, the currency is U.S. dollars. All purchases made on the ship will be charged to your onboard account, which you create when you first check in.
Smoking policy
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, the ship is designated as non-smoking; however, we recognize that some guests smoke. Therefore, to provide an onboard environment that also satisfies smokers, the ship has designated "smoking areas." Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom or on any stateroom veranda, or in any interior spaces of the ship. Cigarette smoking will only be permitted in the designated outdoor areas of the ship. This policy includes smoking-like products such as electronic cigarettes. If a guest is in violation of this policy, a cleaning fee of $250 USD will be applied to the guest account.
Solo travelers
Traveling solo? Be sure to attend the Solos Welcome on the first day. Here you will meet your Olivia Solos Coordinators who will share your solos program for the week. We plan dozens of activities for our solo travelers, including special designated solos excursions in each port of call. In addition, we organize a special solos dining area for all meals and reserve a section for the nightly shows. You can start to meet other solos and travelers online in the Olivia’s Caribbean Islands, Bermuda & New York Cruise Facebook Group.
Sisters at Sea & Friends
Olivia’s Sisters at Sea & Friends program is dedicated to promoting and celebrating diversity on our trips. Meet your Sisters at Sea coordinators on board so that you can find out about the special events we have planned for you during the week. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
Exploring our ports of call will be the highlight of your cruise. Celebrity takes great pride in offering the best shore excursion options for our guests. Excursions will be available to book approximately 30 days prior to the cruise. We will notify you via email when excursions are available for online booking.

After Your Trip

Transfers to the airport
For those going directly to a New York area airport, you can take a taxi or ride-sharing service from the cruise ship terminal to the airport. You can also book transfers on board. Cost from the ship to Newark International Airport (EWR) is $27.95 per person with the earliest flight departure being 1 pm and $59 per person from the ship to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) or LaGuardia International Airport (LGA) with the earliest flight departure being 2 pm. Cost is subject to change.
