I am from Charleston, South Carolina.  I originally came from Ohio but I have been here since Hurricaine Hugo(89) and never left so I too have a bit of an accent y'all.

My partner, Kim, is originally from Buford, Georgia but she's been living up here in Maryland for the last 16 years.  Everytime she talks to her family on the phone or we go down to Georgia, her southern accent comes out full force....I love it!  It's so funny when her family adds an extra syllable to her name so instead of Kim, it's Ki-im!  She will fit right in with y'all...uh, oh, it's rubbin' off on me!

We are winners also coming from Houston, TX.  First Olivia Cruise, I won one to Cozumel in a Texas Holdem Tournament.  Any one interested in a poker game?

My partner Teresa and I are coming from Tulsa, Okla. This will be our 2nd Olivia cruise. We loved our first cruise and are really looking forward to this cruise.

I think this cruise represents diversity in the true sense of the word...I love how diverse our hometowns are~ We are really spread out ALL over...that makes for a wonderful trip and great conversations and learning I think!

Hey ladies!! Me & my wife Teri are coming from Wilton Manors, Florida...about 10 minues from the port!!! My name is Grace, and we are going on our first cruise with Olivia!! I too was a contest winner, and we are soooooooo ready for this vacation!! Thanks everyone for all the tips for first time cruise newbies, they really are helpful. I can't wait to meet all of you...maybe a "meet & greet" the night before at the ladies bar "New Moon" in Wilton Manors?? It's only a 10 minute cab ride from the hotels near the port. If not, definitely we should all have an early "Happy Hour" after we all get settled in our cabins. Looking forward to partying with everyone....Grace & Teri(together since 1989, friends since 1976!!)
