Don't know about after you book.  But we received an invite for the trip to upgrade to a a room with a Deluxe Veranda with Balcony at the price of an Outside State Room.  That's when we booked the trip.

So my girlfriend book our trip back in April I remember her telling me something about Olivia discounting room upgrades when it gets closer to the trip. Has anyone ever done this "Room Upgrade"? Does anyone know when they announce this, as well as about how much they actually discount the room upgrades? Thanks for your help!
