A happy, hearty welcome to all!! Have no fear, you will have a great time! Olivia does a great job on hosting all kinds of activities, and if you just want to hang, well we will be on a great ship to do just that!
Yep, the middle of the middleof the ship is always stable. Yet if you do have a room located elsewhere and experience sea sickness, there are several things one can do to counter attack. Several people have mentioned taking ginger tabs one week ahead of the trip and then through out the trip, others use the patches, pills from the doctor, forgot the names of the medicine, and others swear that if one puts a piece of cotton is one ear and stay active that it counteracts sea sickness. The worse thing one can do is stay in the room, so get to the middle of the ship, eat apples, drink lots of water and breathe the fresh air. If anyone else has tips, please post!
In the topic page of the Q's and A's and other questions, it is like the Main page to read up on. If you want to meet people, then come to the meet and greet on the day of sailing on the LIDO deck after you settle in upon boarding the ship. Many will be bring some kind of group gifts, nothing expensive, just something fun to put out on the table. If every person brings four items of whatever, then there will be plenty to go round. This is a great time to meet people, some may become life long friends.
So, keep on posting and see ya soon!
